The trolls and Rose all seem to be assuming that if Karkat found out about Gamrezi, that he’d snap and either kill Gamzee or cut moiraillegiance, leaving Gamzee unstable…

But truthfully, I don’t think Karkat would lash out

Not at this point

Ever since Cascade, it’s like he’s kinda been getting quieter and receded into himself

And if/when he finds out

I believe it would just kinda… break him

Because he’s SAID he’s lost his chance, multiple times, and he wants her to be happy, and if being blackrom with Gamzee made her ‘happy’ then in the end, I think he’d force himself to accept it

But it’s more the lack of trust and lying and feeling inadequant would get to him

They’re suppose to be moirails, and Gamzee doesn’t even trust Karkat enough to tell him about the relationship or even cut the relationship off since it would obviously(to him) hurt his moirail, which should be the last thing he wants to do

So lashing out or physically hurting Gamzee(and I doubt he’d EVER hurt Terezi, not on purpose, he freaking loves her, just look at their last conversation)? No…

Separating himself mentally from the group and beating himself up even more? I believe so… He already seems to feel very defeated, almost suicidal(Saying he’d join Meenah in what he KNOWS is a suicide mission)

He’s failed his team/friends, he’s given up his ‘leadership’, and as far as he seems concerned, the game for him/them is over so they’re not needed anymore

So… he’s expendable 

Or that’s how he may see it

Gamrezi could be the straw that breaks the camels back
